Michael from foraging Seattle stopped by, unannounced. He talks about our pestle made salad Papaya Pok Pok with lime juice, sugar and fish sauce, the must have Sate Gai with homemade peanut sauce and ajaad, a cucumber, shallot and chili relish, and the reminiscent of home Kanaa Muu Grawp, crunch pork with flash fried with garlic, sweet dark soy sauce, sugar, soup stock and oyster sauce.
